How to order team clothing?
You can order custom-designed clothing for your team from Tiimiriiet, or choose ready-made products from the online shop. For custom orders, we help you choose models, prepare a quote, and finalise the design together with you. In the online shop, you can add the suitable product and its available options to your basket yourself.
Ordering custom-designed team wear
1. Tell us about your plan
View the products available and send an enquiry. Note down what the clothing is used for, which products you would like, the approximate quantity and the required deadline. If the model is not yet known, simply describe your team and the intended use. The initial order starts from five items.
2. You receive the quotation and design
Let us clarify the products, cuts, sizes, and quantities together, and we will prepare a quote. A few keywords are enough for the design. If you have a logo, team colours, or examples of solutions you like, please send them along. Our design team will help you achieve the right solution.
3. You check and confirm the order
Before production, please review the design, logos, names and numbers, as well as product cuts, sizes and quantities. We will also confirm the price, delivery method and schedule. We will start production after the necessary details have been confirmed and the agreed payment terms have been met.
4. We make and dispatch the clothing
We manufacture the garments according to the approved solution and dispatch them in the agreed manner. Delivery for custom orders takes an average of three weeks from confirmation. The deadline for a specific order is stated in the quote. If you have a specific event date, please let us know already in your enquiry.
Buying an off-the-shelf product
Select the product, cut and size from the e-shop and add the personalisation options available on the product page. Review the product size chart, final price and displayed delivery information. In the shopping cart, you can check your choices once more before placing your order. Personalisation options depend on the specific product.
Repeat order
If you would like to order more clothing with the same design, please refer to your previous order and specify the model, cut, size, and quantity you need. We will check the availability of the material and the model, and provide a quote for the re-order.
