Where can I find the maintenance instructions?
Check the care label on the inside of the garment. There are symbols regarding washing, drying and, if necessary, ironing. The photo in this section shows what the label looks like and where to find it. If you have any questions about a symbol, send us a photo of your garment's label and we will help you understand the instructions.
Before washing
Check the allowed washing temperature and other instructions on the label. Sort the garments by colour and fabric, and empty the pockets. If the item has zips or other fastenings, follow the instructions given on the label to protect the garment and other items in the wash.
Washing and drying
Select a wash programme and detergent that match the symbols on the specific item's care label. Do not use a higher temperature or drying method than the label permits. For garments with names, numbers or other extra details, also follow the instructions for that item.
