1.3. A customer in the sense of this privacy policy is anyone who purchases goods or services from the data processor’s website.<\/p>\n

1.4. The data processor adheres to the principles of data processing stipulated in legal acts, including processing personal data lawfully, fairly, and securely. The data processor is capable of confirming that personal data has been processed in accordance with the legal acts.<\/p>\n

Collection, Processing, and Storage of Personal Data 2.1. The personal data collected, processed, and stored by the data processor are gathered electronically, mainly via the website and email.<\/p>\n

2.2. By sharing their personal data, the data subject gives the data processor the right to collect, organize, use, and manage personal data for the purposes defined in the privacy policy, which the data subject shares directly or indirectly when purchasing goods or services on the website.<\/p>\n

2.3. The data subject is responsible for ensuring that the data they provide are accurate, correct, and complete. Knowingly submitting false data is considered a violation of the privacy policy. 3.2. In addition, the data processor has the right to collect data about the customer that is available in public registers.<\/p>\n

3.3. The legal basis for processing personal data is General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Article 6(1) points a), b), c), and f):<\/p>\n

    3.5. The data processor is the responsible data controller. The data processor transmits the necessary personal data for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.<\/p>\n

    3.6. In processing and storing the personal data of the data subject, the data processor applies organizational and technical measures that ensure the protection of personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, and any other unlawful processing.<\/p>\n

    3.7. The data processor stores the data subjects’ data depending on the purpose of processing, but not longer than five years.<\/p>\n

    Rights of the Data Subject 4.1. The data subject has the right to access and review their personal data.<\/p>\n

    4.2. The data subject has the right to receive information about the processing of their personal data.<\/p>\n

    4.3. The data subject has the right to supplement or correct inaccurate data.<\/p>\n

    4.4. If the data processor processes the personal data of the data subject based on the data subject’s consent, the data subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time.<\/p>\n

    4.5. The data subject can exercise their rights by contacting the e-store’s customer support at info@soundvoice.ee<\/p>\n

    4.6. The data subject has the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Inspectorate for the protection of their rights.<\/p>\n

    Final Provisions 5.1.
